ChenowethArts
I subscribe to the "unintentional osmosis" school of getting as much clay on your body while throwing...for "health reasons". Yes. That's it...nothing to do with being sloppy, right? I am hoping my clay supplier doesn't market this clay-eating idea. I can see it now, "Start Your Day With a Spoon-a Laguna". -Paul
bciskepottery
As if the price of a good kaolin porcelain isn't high enough already, now we're going to see prices climb due to competition from the clay eaters. And, how many times have we been admonished not to eat in the clay studio?

Stellaria
I used to give French green clay to my stinky kids to consume in a drink. Interestingly enough, it does make them less stinky, and it only had to be done once in a while.
mregecko
I take all of my medical advice from African taxi drivers, don't you? ...... Also, a negative charge would repel a negative isotope. Babs
"Fuller's Earth" note the spelling is simply clay given to animals which are scouring, and that is not a cleaning process! One of my dogs from time to time for no apparent reason, same clay body etc, will wander thro my area and eat at the soft clay bucket, perhaps i should quickly fire her to see what sculpure she is forming within... Babs
maybe this is the answer for all those who hate recycling clay! Eat it or sell it! Might be more marketable if its labelled recycled, little give aways at craft fairs??
