Florence
I work in an Art department in a school and today I discovered a selection on unopened glazes from the Fulham Potteries. Does anyone know if these glazes are collectables or have a historic value? Many thanks
High Bridge Pottery
Are they in a brown paper bag? I had a glaze that I think was a Fulham pottery glaze but I can't remember exactly. Anyway it came in a brown paper bag. Tried mixing it with water but it just failed at becoming anything other than a solid rock. Somebody may give it some value but I wouldn't expect much. They will probably be more interested in the packaging if it is the same as the one I received than the actual glaze.
Chilly
I believe Fulham were taken over by/incorporated into Potterycrafts. Not sure if their glazes are any better, but PCs earthenware glazes settle in the pots, and the shape of the pots makes stirring really difficult.
