After years of trying to answer whether I was doing neriage, nerikome, nerikomi, canes, murrinis or just colored clay ... I find out I am on trend, doing "Ombre" work.

I've only ever heard of ombré when it comes to yarns not ceramics. I read the daily post and wow it's amazing what you can do with a bit of colored clay and a rolling pin or slab roller. One day when I've got a better handle on the basics I'll have to try it out.
