Pugaboo
I am working on a series of snowflake ornaments for a festival this fall and am trying to find a white pearl or opalescent looking cone 6 glaze. I am using little loafers clay. Can anyone recommend a cone 6 glaze? I am using a group kiln so cannot use lusters and they always fire to cone 6 so am not sure if they would be willing to do a special run at a lower cone for just my stuff so would really like to find a cone 6 glaze that will give me the pearly look I am searching for. OH and to make it even harder I need it to be a commercial glaze as I am very new to this and haven't a clue how to mix my own glazes yet. Thank you for your suggestions. Diane Puckett
Check out Opulence Eggshell. It is glossy and somewhat pearly, a bit translucent. Axner - Opulence Eggshell
