Last firing,  sparks flew when the top switch was turned on which caused it to shut off. After taking off the panel, it looks like this wire had come loose and was touching the top switch terminal. Any ideas where to reconnect it. I tried calling Evenheat, but got a recording - have emailed them.

Green is ground (safety ground), probably connects to where those other green wires are screwed directly into the enclosure.

I'm not an electrician though, I'd wait for one to chime in first haha

Yes, if that's the green ground wire from the power cord, it should connect where the other green wires are. You'll need to put a ring terminal on it. I'd double check the wiring on the switch, too, in case something fried there when the sparks flew.

It looks as it may have gotten tugged as the flex conduit it goes into is flexed over time. The photo does not show where the conduit goes or if it can flex-if its the power cord I could see this happening if moved a few times-it gets pulled out of ring terminal.

Looks like the white wire  terminal connection of the power cord  is loose in the picture. Might just be an odd angle that it was installed or the picture.  It might be prudent to unplug and check the tightness of all those connections. Looks like they have been in service for some time.
