semra Posted July 9, 2018 Report Share Posted July 9, 2018 . I have Rohde ecotop 60 kiln and I bought it last year and I didn't have any problem until this week. Few days ago I fired my kiln 1100 temperature and left it. Next day when I came studio my kiln it was stopped. Kiln it was warm but when I open it , I saw it didn't get the temperature which is should be and there is no electricity on kiln at all. I checked socket and plug and mostly things about electricity but nothing has changed. Anyone has a helpful idea or just I should check for costumer support service?
