Hkushner Posted January 13, 2012 Report Share Posted January 13, 2012 neurons2.BMP What is the best adhesive or joint mechanism for attaching a non-ceramic object to a vitrified porcelain body? I have a dozen hollow porcelain "neuron" bodies which need their dendrites attached. The problem I have run into is fastening the dendrites (comprised of silicone around a wire skeleton) to the blunt end of my porcelain in a way that will be supportive of the weight of the materials. Above is an image link of a couple of the neuron bodies to give an idea of where the attachment is occurring. Any thoughts? Thank you!
