spadefootclay
I noted the recent discussion of Sio-2's black ice (porcelain), and saw that they also offered a black stoneware (PRNI). I'll order some to test, but didn't know if anyone else had any opinions. Peter
Joseph Fireborn
Cool. Let us know how it goes and what you like dislike about it. I am curious how similar it is to the black ice in throwing and color.
Denice
I have used and tested Flinthills Dk. Brown when fired at Cone 6 looks like wrought iron black. It is very groggy and the only glaze that tested well on it was clear. It's handy to have around for a specialty item that looks like wrought iron. If your use to throwing groggy clay you could possibly throw it. Denice
