Chris Campbell
WOW!! Did you see the list of wood firing potters?? Truly a must do and a fabulous opportunity to see multiple ways to wood fire. I encourage anyone who has any interest in pottery or firing to participate in at least one wood firing in your career ... it is an experience that makes you realize what pottery is really about. Even if you never plan to wood fire again, spend a shift or two loading wood into a hot kiln that is alive and speaks! The biggest danger of course is addiction ... you will want to do it again. Marcia Selsor
I am participating in a wood firing in April in Red Lodge. Very excited. This NC opportunity also looks great. Resisting that one. Marcia
Joseph Fireborn
I would absolutely love to go to this, it is only a few hours drive away from me. I just don't think I can commit! Maybe next time! Plus I am worried I would never want to do anything else again!
Marcia Selsor
There is that. I like community wood firings because of the comraderie involved. Lots of fun and excellent experience with the kiln openings. Marcia
