LStew
I have ' snow flake ' like crystals forming in my commercial dipping glaze. Is there a way to reconstitute these? Thank you in advance for your advice. -Laura
Min
Those are likely to be soluble salts crystallizing in the glaze. Run the glaze through a sieve, scrape all the hard bits into a microwaveable cup, add a bit of water and nuke it until the water boils. The hot water will dissolve the salts then pour the water back into the glaze. If that doesn't do it then boiling water in a blender should work.
