LinR
I have repaired a small crack with paper clay. Do I re-bisque before glazing or can I go straight ahead and glaze it? Any help appreciated. Lin
MatthewV
I would side with not doing a 2nd bisque. When loading the kiln, pretend the part will fall off and do not put something else in that danger zone (or maybe a test tile or something insignificant to purposely hit)

douglas
I'd bisque fire first, then you can sand the join if needed to smooth out the surface, or add additional filler if there are hairline cracks in your mend.
LinR
Thanks all. I guess I'll re-bisque. Lin
