Walnutcreek
Does anyone have a Bracker Portable Raku kiln? I am curious about it's reliability and whether it actually works. I have only seen them online. Claydog makes a sturdier looking raku kiln, for about $300 more. Anyone have one of these? Thanks! Darla
I've been to Brackers during their Raku Firings..... They'll do six or eight firings in one day, and they do raku firings at least twice a year. Seems like their kilns last forever. (I bought one, I've just been too chicken to try on my own. But I'll get there!) Does anyone have a Bracker Portable Raku kiln? I am curious about it's reliability and whether it actually works. I have only seen them online. Benhim
I was thinking of making one after watching this guy. I've got ceramic fiber some fencing and a weed burner already. I think I'd rather have a taller one instead of sideways, however his kiln sure looks like it fires evenly.
