Then the blu plastic Northstar bats,....pretty good but clay doesn't like to stick so well when centering even though they have a pebbly surface, the the piece doesn't want to come off without using a wire. Now I'm using Hydrobats and though expensive, they work like a charm. They stick when centering, and release perfectly when the piece is leather hard. Makes life so much easier.
