Mark C.
Well after decades of bisques my #2 element toasted at the pigtail. This old rust bucket has good bricks so I ordered a new element-the other elements appear to look good.I'm not a skutt fan but I'm looking to nurse a few more years on this old kiln.I bought some quality stainless screws to reassemble as skutt uses junk hardware which rusts out very soon. Next kiln will be an L&L. Mark
Babs
Just ordered my new kiln.. 6-8 week wait. Nervous and excited. Not much choice here, small in comparison to yours . Good luck with your nursing.
Marko
Gee, I wonder why. Duh! You're a kiln loading maniac. LOL. I'd be surprised to know that your elements lasted a year. Well, get the L&L, maybe it can handle your tenacious work ethics. Kudus to you Mark
Mark C.
Element showed up today-2 days from skutt ups. Seems very speedy. I put int in with zero issues.Tested it and got the smell off the new wire-works great now. Back in business. Mark
