The use of the popular Insight ceramic chemistry calculation software will be introduced, and the approach used to this can be applied to any ceramic chemistry software. Troubleshooting of fired results, "food-safe" qualities, health and safety, legal requirements, and ventilation concepts will also be touched upon. Handouts will be provided to all participants.
