Very nice. I was going to ask what kind of clay you were using, but I forgot, you have your own "Brand"...

    Actually this one laguna 900
One of the few I buy, and performs superb in wood fire plain, and the first high fire shino I tested
. Yes all those were right it is hard work making clay.

I have no doubt it is. I'll leave the clay mixing up to someone else. Reclaiming is as close as I want to get...

Feel like doing some zen practice after this night shift is over. Might have to put some clay on to recycle then go for a nap first!

I pick a shape and throw it 5 times, then another 5 with little changed to the form. After this I put them all back into the recycle and hopefully have a good idea of what form I am going to make multiples of. It didn't work out today. I made two and gave up and went onto preparing some test glazes instead.

Nursing a little tendonitis and a muscle spasm...has me sitting in front of the TV handbuilding masks. I'm considering it practice time for figurative expression, wherever those might show up.

Hope you feel better ASAP! I had a client ask for masks back when I was considering it. But my work took a direction of its own.
    Best healing,

OK. There are some who have good reasons to stay private. I can understand that on a public forum. But could others be polite and respond when your info is answered.

Are you referring to people, who ask a question, receive several answers and then are never heard from again?
