Glazing 40+ test tile cones with different applications, brush marks, finger marks, watered down layered glazes, and RIO. Sometimes 4-5 layers! Should be interesting, or terrible.

I bet it all pays off. I wish I had something worthy of galleries. Do you have to do a lot of shows before one will work with you?
Gee man, you're two years older than me, you work harder and still have time to help others here on PC
    You amaze me.

Gearing up for a busy Fall. Workshops coming in Sept. Travel with my husband in October, and Rome residency in Nov and Dec. Must ship things this week, do last minute preps for workshops, and finished up some pieces.

I love seeing Christmas decorations in different countries. I have a collection of international ornaments. How many people go to hardware stores to shop in Paris? At the Millennium we celebrated Christmas three times because we went to Armenia after celebrating on Dec. 25, then we celebrated on the traditional day in Armenia and then again because of the old calendar in Armenia. They ceremoniously slaughtered sheep for the feast at the churches. Armenia is the oldest Christian country predat...

Akira Satake workshop was amazing. Helped free my mind and understand a different thought process. I glazed some pots when I got home in my glazes and felt the most joy ive felt glazing them understanding why I loved what I loved.

Anybody know how complicated it could be converting a pug mill from three phase to single phase? Found a cheap one

Spend another £90 on a converter or £xx on a new motor. Or wait for a single phase one to come along.....

I am now an official member of Potters' Council and I put up my artist portfolio. Next Saturday is the opening of a show I'm in (with 7 other potter/sculptors) at a gallery on the Mendocino Coast. And I just added listings to my etsy page. I'm finally feeling like an integrated part of the greater pottery world instead of going it by my lonesome.

The minute you picked up a ball of clay and fell in love with learning the process, you became a potter.
    Congrats and much success.
