  1. I used to live in Seattle and used to rent space at pioneer square pottery but it became a hassle because I lived out of town in Renton. When I finally moved to Seattle I started at Seward park art. The Seward park location is really beautiful on lake Washington. Nice people.
  2. Raku reduction materials

Thank you everyone for the input. Just to answer a couple questions. I live in rural WA so burning outside is ok as long as there is no burn ban; so early spring and fall are ok. I like the idea of using the currency in a tin foil saggar in a barrel firing. I think I will give it a try and see what happens. Will post results.
  3. So while randomly searching for shredded newspaper online I happened to find this http://www.moneyfactorystore.gov/5lbbagofshreddeduscurrency.aspx I kinda like the idea of using shredded currency in Raku reduction but not sure if it would be successful. Anyone have any experience or thoughts about this?
