  1. I still have not been contacted, nor do I have access, as of this morning.
  2. The link to the full video is not at the bottom of the page for me. The video tutorial didn't tell me anything I don't already know.
  3. Yes, I'm properly logged in, and have already emailed customer service at that address. No answer as of yet. I have been properly logged in from the start, according to the FAQ page.
  4. I'm hoping my subscription will be extended to make up for lost access time. Is that possible?
  5. Is it the same login as my general account? Because when I login there, it says I have an ICAN gold subscription.
  6. I have the same issue. Signed up for ICAN Gold several days ago, and can also see only previews. I tried logging out and in again, but it didn't help. Also get pop-up telling me I can only view 3 articles.
