Babs reacted to Benzine for a gallery image, Figural Raku Sculpture Combined
The sculpture turned out well overall. A couple pf the glazes didn't reduce as much as I would have like, so the color is a bit off in spots. However, nothing broke, or even cracked during either firing....Must have been the expertise of the artist...

Babs reacted to Tom Banfield for a gallery image, image
This pot was bisque fired, soaked in milk, then heated to achieve the desired color. It is watertight.

Babs reacted to Pugaboo for a gallery image, Medallions for the center of my snowflake ornaments
These are about an inch across and will hang in the center of my snowflake ornaments. The snowflake part is in the kiln as I type and will see how they turned out next week during class. I am pleased with the medallions the colors stayed crisp and bright.
