    Celedon ^9 reduction using burnt umber for a colorant.This was the color I wanted for ^6 Ox.
    I did many tests and came up with the recipe posted in the previous Faux celedon example.

    My student returned to Billings, Montana and posted this in my classroom.
    Beware of your early pots. They can come back to bite!

    much better teapot several decades after the first teapot.

    I tried a technique I saw on youtube. Using a heat gun, which I already use on the outing of pot for the crackled surface, the inside walls stiffen enough to really puch pulling up and forming with great control.
