  1. Evelyne, I have updated your name in our Membership data base... so any orders moving forward you should be OK. I am looking at orders for the past year to see if we can provide you with a credit. I am waiting to hear back. I will keep you posted. I too "love" the like button, but I never have enough likes...
  2. Evelyne, I did some research into your issue above. To answer your question, yes as a Potters Council member you do receive 20% discount on downloads. The problem was the name on the order must match the name on the Potters Council Membership. In your membership, you have a second last name "Tondelli" Let me know how you would like to proceed, Adjust your membership name and remove Tondelli or when you place an order be sure to remember to use Tondelli.
  3. Here is the direct link to product discounts: http://ceramicartsdaily.org/potters-council/product-discounts/ For example when ordering a book or dvd. It will ask if you are a member. Check the box and the computer will verify if you are a member, and the discount is automatically applied to your order.
  4. WELCOME! WE'RE EXCITED! If you have questions, email or call at anytime. I am looking forward to you becoming an active member of Potters Council. Phone# 800-424-8698 or potterscouncil@pubservice.com

  6. This topic is for those attending the upcoming CERAMICS IN TUSCANY IV trip. A place to get to know your fellow attendees/roomies. This is also a place for past Ceramics in Tuscany attendees to say a few words and advice. I am looking forward to meeting everyone on May 25.
  7. You may sell seconds, you may not, but surely you don't sell "thirds". What do you do with the pieces that just don't make it? Do you smash 'em, trash 'em, bash 'em or stash 'em? Whether you destroy, recycle, or hoard, we want to see pictures--email them to editorial@ceramicsmonthly.org or attach the picture here. Looking forward to seeing your pics and responses on what you do!!!

  11. Reminder to everyone to talk with your personal cell service provider about service in Italy. They are the best at helping you make a decision on what is best for you. There is wi-fi available throughout the trip, but remember it is not always reliable nor super fast, but you can stay in contact with home. As we get closer, I recommend that you look at the weather forceast before packing. Being prepared saves you stress and money! Looking foward to seeing all of you soon!
  12. If you're looking to include ceramics in any of your upcoming trips and you are an active member of Potters Council. I recommend that you use the Online Member Directory resource to find members who live and work where you will be visiting. You can contact them for recommendations on things to do and see in clay and maybe meet up for some networking. 13. Steven -- Thanks for those kind words! I would like to thank all of you on the board and all the staff who worked in the Potters Council booth. Without everyone's support it would not have been so successful. The volunteer hours in the booth, setting up and tearing down of the amazing 2014 Juried Show, and the Members Reception. Sending those kudos back to you, the PC Advisory Board, and the Staff of Potters Council, Ceramics Monthly, Pottery Making Illustrated and Ceramic Arts Daily! All of you ROCK! Already looking forward to next year's PC Member Reception.
  14. For those currently signed up with the FedEx program you can continue with them. Potters Council will be announcing a new shipping program soon and our partnership will be with UPS. The membership will be really excited about this cost savings program.
  15. Just a reminder that the Call for Entries for the 2014 Juried Show ends on Sep 5, 2013. http://ceramicartsdaily.org/potters-council/2014-potters-council-juried-show/
