    I saw a Public Television thingy on coal ash. After looking up its chemical content (lead, arsenic, mercury), I thought, "I wonder if that stuff would make some pretty cool glaze?" :D Might be a good way to recycle it! :)

    I am glaze depressed. I can't find any commercial glazes I like, and I can't seem to find a simple glaze to mix on my own = (.

    I just received my first, ever, shipment of Mizzou Castable...in no small part because I just like to say "Refractory". First project - peephole plugs. Wish me luck!
